If the Password Does Not Work
There are several reasons why a password-protected website page might not accept a password, including:
Browser Cookies
Whenever you visit website pages your browser caches and saves cookies from these pages. This happens so that next time you visit previously visited websites the loading time is reduced.
This website uses cookies to store important data during each session. If you do not accept the cookies the site can behave incorrectly – they are necessary.
Sometimes saved cookies and cache are corrupted resulting in an inability to reach password-protected pages. In this case, all you have to do is clear your browser cache and cookies.
Press the three dots on the top right of your browser >> Settings >> Privacy and security or History >> Clear browsing data and then select ‘clear options’ accordingly.
Check the Link
If you are using a link from an email to take you to the link, it is possible that the email client may have altered or broken the link. Instead, go to the website and use the menu to go to the Overview page and then the course links from there.
User error
The user might be making a mistake, such as copying and pasting it instead of typing in the password. All of our page passwords are lowercase, without punctuation. Try typing slowly to avoid mistakes.
