SCARS Institute Scam Survivor's School Requirements
- The SCARS Institute Scam Survivor's School is 13 weeks long but only requires about an hour a day - this is enough to help scam victims go from the immediate aftermath of the crime through everything they need to know to be able to successfully recover on their own or participating in a support group - in concert with a professional therapist (recommended).*
How the SCARS Institute Scam Survivor's School Works
- Each week, beginning on the date the class starts, enrolled survivors (students) will receive an email with that week's course material and requirements - Monday through Friday.
- On Saturdays, survivors will take the weekly quiz. Each student must take the quiz to move forward each week, but there is no grade for passing or failing. Students just take it so we know how well you are doing.
- Each week students will receive their course materials that they can complete on that day or any time during the week, including weekends. Each day requires approximately 1 to 1.5 hours of time to watch videos and read articles related to that day's subject topics.
- You will also continue to have access to previous course materials throughout the course, and afterward.
SCARS Institute Scam Survivor's School Additional Features
- Upon completion of the course, all students will also have access to the SCARS Alumni Group on Facebook - to have access and be able to interact with many more survivors.
- Optional - a certificate of completion and 5 CEU (continuing education) credits are available.**
- Benefits may change without notice. Click here for the Certificate or non-victim fee.
